Our Start

Founded in 2018 by brothers Conrad and Reed Shachoy, Barnacle Beaters grew from a summer job into a full-service yacht management business. Raised on the water in Marion, Massachusetts, we turned our passion for boats into a profession, expanding from cleaning boat bottoms to full-scale yacht care.

Serving New England and expanding to South Florida in Fall 2025, we offer yacht management, detailing, sportfishing outfitting, project management, and marine electronics installation . We treat every boat as our own, ensuring top-tier care and attention to detail.

Let us handle the hard work—so you can enjoy every moment on the water.
